Website Maintenance and Support Policy

This Website Maintenance and Support Policy (the “Policy”) governs the terms and conditions for the ongoing maintenance and support services provided by BEEP, Creative Digital Agency (referred to as the “Provider”) for the website designed and delivered to you, (Client’s) (referred to as the “Client”). By accessing and using the website, you agree to comply with the terms of this Policy.

1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Provider agrees to design, develop, and deliver a fully functional website as specified in the project proposal provided to the Client.
1.2 Upon successful delivery and acceptance of the website, the Provider agrees to provide ongoing technical support and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the term of this Agreement, without any additional charges.

2. Payment Terms
2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Provider an annual maintenance fee of £50 for the website support services outlined in this Policy.
2.2 The cost of domain registration and hosting services will be invoiced separately and is not included in the annual maintenance fee. The Client shall pay these fees on an annual basis as per the agreed terms.

3. Maintenance and Support Services
3.1 The Provider shall promptly address and resolve any technical issues that affect the functionality or usability of the website.
3.2 The Provider shall provide regular software updates, security patches, and bug fixes to ensure the website remains secure and performs optimally.
3.3 The Provider shall maintain yearly backups of the website’s data to prevent data loss and facilitate recovery in the event of a technical failure.
3.4 The Provider shall respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

4. Exclusions
4.1 This Policy does not cover modifications or enhancements to the website’s design, content, or features that fall outside the scope of the original project proposal.
4.2 Any issues arising due to changes made to the website by parties other than the Provider or due to third-party software or services shall be excluded from this Policy.

5. Term and Termination
5.1 This Policy shall commence upon the delivery and acceptance of the website and shall remain in effect for one year.
5.2 Either party may terminate this Policy by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to the intended termination date.
5.3 Upon termination, the Client shall remain responsible for any outstanding fees due to the Provider.

6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to treat any confidential information received from the other party as confidential and shall not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law
7.1 Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

8. Confirmation
8.1 By accessing and using the website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
