BEEP provides production tools and supporting services, including but not limited to live graphics control, automated video rendering, data handling, and infrastructure services.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BEEP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of outputs generated through its systems.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information when using BEEP
• Use BEEP only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure that any data, materials, or requests submitted through BEEP do not infringe the rights of third parties
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Intellectual Property

All software, systems, interfaces, designs, documentation, and related materials provided by BEEP are the intellectual property of BEEP or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of BEEP without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

Payment and Subscriptions

Where applicable:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEEP shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, content, or production outputs
• Service interruptions or delays
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of BEEP
• Use of BEEP is at your own risk.

Termination

BEEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses operational, security, or legal risks.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
